USA shocks England once again, this time with tie.

England's goal keeper Robert Green can't hold on to the ball, which ties the game for a final score of 1-1 in the opening of group C.

Not a favorite to win today's encounter against England, team USA managed to pull of a tie 1-1.
On the 4th minute of the game England captain Steven Gerrard opened the score. The first period England owned the American defense. This game had England's name all written on it. Probably England striker Wayne Rooney's worst performance, missing more than 3 shots.

Group C is composed of the United States, England, Slovenia, Algeria. The two favorites to win the group are both England, and USA. Tomorrow (6/13/2010) Slovenia will face off against Algeria and one of these could conquer group C with a victory.

Did anybody notice USA's forwards horrible performance? Robbie Findley is a horrible candidate for a starting forward. The England defense absolutely sweeping him was because of the World cup level of experience. Findley is not for this level, sure he plays well in his club Real Salt Lake (MLS). Bob Bradley best candidate for the front is Herculez Gomes which was about to enter the field when the Brazilian referee blew the final whistle.
